Bio:

"Days Not Forgotten", a memoir of Barwick "Bob" Barfield's days as a POW in Germany, told by his wife Marilee Barfield. This book is about 60 pages. Marilee includes in this book explanations important to a reader. She has included newspaper and other publications as well as a wealth of historical data, pictures, official orders, POW magazine, Luftwaffe interrogation forms, the terrible telegram from General Ulio, and other letters. Most important are the details from Barwick's memory, which include being shot down on his 13th mission, the marches he participated in as well as the pain and hunger that he endured.
