Biography
Larry was the first Commander of the AXPOW Central New York Chapter. He started the Valentines for Vets in Murrels Inlet, South Carolina in 1984. He marched in many parades with his POW banner with sons and grandsons. Larry passed away on August 26, 2006. His wife, Jacqueline, is still a life member of AXPOW.
