You may choose to print and mail or fax your order rather than process online with your credit card. This option is available on the order-form page that follows this page. Please see the "Ways to Order" section listed below the order form. Faxed orders must include credit card information and shipping instructions. All mail orders must be prepaid in U.S. currency by check or money order. |

E-mail instructions for International orders via e-mail:
Email your order to us along with the shipping address so we can determine the shipping and handling charges to be added. You will then receive an email from us with the total amount due. You may either mail a check or money order payable in US currency or you may purchase by credit card.
If you wish to purchase by credit card you may either phone us with your credit card information or you may email your credit card information to us. Emailing credit card information can be risky at times. The risk is greatly reduced if you submit your credit card information in 2 different e-mails. Therefore, we suggest the following for emailed credit card orders.
In the first email, send your order, shipping address and the first 8 digits of your credit card. In the second e-mail send the name on your card, the expiration date and the last 8 digits on your card. |
